THE ROLE

We are currently seeking a commercially minded Yield Analyst to join our Yield and Promotions team.

Yield Analysts are responsible for revenue managing a region of the world to optimal and profitable financial performance of our global touring programme. Monitoring sales, revenue and utilisation and taking actions to achieve our forecast. Yield actions such as creating promotions to increase sales, pricing changes to maximise margin on higher demand dates, and driving revenue through initiatives such as cabin upgrades. You will work with an experienced team that sits within the Commercial Department, to provide revenue insights as this business grows.

As a valued member of the Yield and Promotions team, you'll deliver genuine service to your key stakeholders, working closely with others, because we know we're better together. You'll bring a positive attitude, take ownership of your work, stay hands-on, and look for opportunities to grow and improve. Along the way, you'll embrace change for tomorrow and celebrate the moments that make our team thrive.

Key responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:


* Analyse sales performance from global source markets
* Take a lead on the revenue performance of products
* Identify products and departures that are under-performing and actions to change the result
* Manage levels of inventory and tour statuses
* Load and maintain promotions
* Promotion reporting for Product, Sales, Marketing teams
* Inventory management of Groups
* facilitate changes to inventory to maximise utilisation
* Working closely with product, pricing and commercial to improve financial performance
* Contribute to new projects and opportunities to improve commercial performance

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:
* High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality output
* Curiosity and a willingness to learn
* Interest in the intricacies of financial decisions and their outcome
* Develop and maintain positive and productive working relationships with internal stakeholders
* Ability to work autonomously as part of a small team
* Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills (specifically Excel)
