Job Description
Sodexo is seeking an experienced IS&T Application Specialist to join our high-performing team in Balcatta. In this permanent full-time role, you’ll be a key player in delivering, optimizing, and supporting the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem that drives our Integrated Facilities Management System (IFMS).
Reporting to the Head of IFMS IT Systems, you’ll take ownership of technical support, solution development, and strategic enhancements — ensuring our platform is resilient, scalable, and tailored to evolving business needs.
You’ll work alongside a team of certified experts and collaborate with leading Microsoft Gold Partners to shape architecture and deliver solutions that truly make a difference.
Development and Customization:
* Develop and customize D365 F&O using best practices in extension mode.
* Create custom integration solutions with third-party vendors.
* Implement performance optimization strategies for critical modules.
Technical Leadership:
* Conduct architectural reviews of proposed changes to ensure alignment with security and compliance standards.
* Maintain comprehensive documentation, including solution architecture and configuration build guides.
* Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on technical best practices.
Support and Troubleshooting:
* Provide Level 3 technical support for D365 F&O.
* Troubleshoot complex application and integration issues, delivering timely resolutions.
* Minimize unplanned outages through proactive monitoring and support.
Testing and Deployment:
* Lead systems integration and regression testing for new functionalities.
* Collaborate with project managers to ensure smooth coordination of testing with stakeholders.
* Manage deployments and monitor system performance post-go-live.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
* Work closely with Microsoft Gold Partners on complex scoping and solution design.
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have recent experience with Microsoft CRM Development within varied project environments. You will have a Graduate Degree or equivalent in computer science or computer applications discipline and experience working on Microsoft D365 or previous Microsoft CRM Online projects.
You have a continuous improvement mindset and can problem solve and trouble-shoot while working with initiative and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
Qualifications
Education
* Graduate Degree or equivalent in computer science or computer applications discipline
Technical
* Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customization and Development (.NET, C# & JavaScript)
* Knowledge of ADX studio and/or Microsoft Web Portals an advantage
* D365 Field Services (Resco platform) and USD – an advantage
* Developing and supporting CRM plugins, workflows, processes and creation of custom integration solutions with third-party vendor.
Knowledge, skills and abilities
* 3 years Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement- design, and development experience
* Proven experience in developing Dynamics 365 custom workflows, plug-in creation, and creation of custom integration solutions
* Experience with Microsoft Portal or ADX Studio
* Experience with Informatica Integration Platform an advantage
* Documenting Solution Architecture and configuration build guides
* Problem solving and debugging skills while working with initiative and commitment in delivering quality outcomes
* Strong written, presentation and verbal skills in English.
* Operate in team environment with a customer service mindset
Desirable
* Microsoft certification in Dynamics 365
* Microsoft certification in Azure, or SharePoint Online administration
* Microsoft Technical Associate
