About the Role
Carnival Corporation & plc is excited to announce we are hiring a Digital Marketing Lead to join our Princess Cruises marketing team. In this role, you will lead and optimise Princess Cruises' digital marketing programs across paid digital advertising, website performance, affiliate marketing and marketing technology. You will partner closely with our media agency and internal marketing, web and data teams to deliver high-performing digital activity that supports acquisition, retention, reactivation and revenue growth. This role is ideal for a commercially minded digital marketer who thrives at the intersection of performance marketing, data and technology, and enjoys turning insights into measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and optimise day-to-day digital marketing activity across paid media, affiliates and web
* Partner with media agencies to manage and optimise paid digital advertising across Meta and Google Ads
* Collaborate with the web team to improve website content, customer journeys and conversion performance
* Leverage customer data and marketing technology, including Adobe Customer Data Platform (CDP), to support targeting, segmentation and personalisation
* Work closely with marketing and data teams to analyse performance and identify optimisation opportunities
* Ensure accurate tagging, tracking and reporting across all digital channels
* Provide clear insights and recommendations to improve ROI, reduce CPA and grow revenue
* Manage digital investment planning, forecasting and performance accountability
About You
You are a results-driven digital marketing professional with strong experience across performance marketing, media and data-led optimisation. You're confident working with agencies and internal teams, and enjoy translating complex data into actionable insights. You bring hands‐on experience with Meta Business Manager, Google Ads and Adobe CDP, and understand how customer data and marketing technology can enhance the end-to-end customer journey. You're proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable balancing strategic thinking with execution.
To Be Successful, You Will Have
* 5+ years' experience in a digital or performance marketing role
* Proven experience working with media agencies (agency background highly regarded)
* Hands‐on experience with Meta Business Manager and Google Ads
* Strong understanding of customer data platforms, ideally Adobe CDP
* Experience across acquisition, retention, reactivation and upsell strategies
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and performance reporting
* Experience collaborating with web, marketing and data teams
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* A passion for digital marketing and continuous optimisation
