The Role:The opportunity to drive & manage Loyalty & CRM activity for one of the biggest names in Australian Fashion, delivering cutting-edge campaigns across both online & in-store channels.
Working directly with the Head of Digital, this is a high-impact role, shaping & executing end to end lifecycle activity, driving engagement & customer loyalty, across a huge database.
Key Responsibilities & Experience:
* Solid experience with delivering high-performing, impactful CRM strategies across multiple channels, within the Retail, Fashion or eCommerce sectors
* Solid, indepth technical knowledge of Lexer, Klaviyo, Emarsys or similar platforms
* Prior experience with managing and optimising Loyalty Programs and delivering best-in-class customer experiences
* A strong track record in delivering growth across all key metrics and delivering campaigns Email, SMS, Push, Social, and Web channels
* Strong experience with in-depth customer segmentation work, targeting, and persona frameworks
* The ability to analyse, interpret & present customer behaviour and translate insights into lifecycle marketing initiatives
* Implement test-and-learn approaches including A/B and multivariate testing
