Cropping Manager Position
Our organization is involved with a family-owned sheep and broadacre cropping station, cultivating 1,500 hectares of land through summer crops such as cotton and corn, in addition to winter cereals and pastures.

Main Responsibilities
* Direct staff to complete day-to-day tasks related to producing summer and winter crops and pastures.
* Develop and implement programs for crop nutrition, pest control, disease management, irrigation, and soil health.
* Oversee commercial aspects, labour planning, operational leadership, and stakeholder engagement.
Requirements
* Experience in broadacre cropping programs, financial budgeting, and leadership.
* Familiarity with farm management software systems.
* Strong organisational and communication skills, effective time management, and problem-solving abilities.
* A valid driver's license; MC or HC license desirable but not essential.
