Job Description
The Postgraduate Student Support Specialist is a key member of our team. You will work with students from around Australia needing guidance to make the right decisions about postgraduate study – ultimately improving people's lives and helping them reach their full potential.
Responsibilities
* You will be the first point of contact for students from around Australia who need assistance to make the right decisions about postgraduate study.
* You will provide thorough information about partner universities' courses and serve as a link between various departments.
* You will guide prospective students through the entire enrolment process from inquiry to application submission and enrolment into their course.
* You will also provide support through the various obstacles a student may encounter.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A minimum of 1-3 years of work experience in a customer service role or related field is required.
* Experience in sales support, or education-related fields (preferred, but not essential).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook) is required.
* You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* You must be able to relate well to others and perform duties with a high degree of integrity, confidentiality, and adherence to professional ethical standards.
* You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* An undergraduate degree in any discipline is required.

Location Requirements
Occasional interstate travel is required; you must reside in Australia.
