Customer Helpdesk Role based at our Ormond office
Our Company has worked for Corporate and Government business units for over 30 years and has a strong trusting relationship with our long term Clients.
Your role would be pivotal to maintaining that relationship by providing knowledge, solutions and care to customers of our clients.
Customer care experience in the last 3 to 5 years within Australia is highly valued and would preference your application.
This position is not suited to students or temporary visas.
Excellent English both verbal and written is essential as 70% of the communication is via email and sms.
We are a 5 min walk from the Ormond Train Station on the Frankston line and encourage public transport to work. However, on site carparking is also available.
Work a 4 day week between 8:00am to 8:00pm Monday to Friday.
