Job Description
We are seeking a talented Tech Lead to join our Banking and Financial Services SDLC Foundations Team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a visionary leader who shares our passion for developer experience and DevOps. As a Tech Lead, you will be at the forefront of our DevOps vision, delivering industry-leading reliability, security, and ease of use.
You will own the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of team-owned products and platforms. You will lead and grow an engineering team, making independent decisions and partnering effectively with product and other business area teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Owning the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of team-owned products and platforms.
* Leading and growing an engineering team, making independent decisions and partnering effectively with product and other business area teams.
* Writing code, representing the team, reviewing and planning for feature deliveries, managing project details, and mentoring developers in their careers.
Requirements:
* Strong understanding of enterprise SDLC and CI/CD.
* Experience with CI/CD governance and monitoring.
* Experience with CI/CD tooling (GitHub, BitBucket Pipelines, GitLab, etc.).
* Strong focus on Docker, Go, and Linux.
* Understanding of Kubernetes.
* An understanding of microservices architecture.
* Exposure to site reliability engineering (SRE) best practices.
* Experience with cloud providers (GCP, AWS, Azure) with a preference for GCP.
* Strong problem-solving abilities.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
