About the Opportunity
We are a fast-growing technology company working with qualified, inbound and pre-qualified leads supported by offshore research and qualification teams.
We are seeking experienced independent sales contractors to focus on what they do best:
demonstrating solutions, building trust, and closing deals.
This is not a cold-calling role and not an employed position.
What You'll Be Doing
As an independent sales contractor, you will be responsible for:
* Engaging with qualified sales opportunities provided to you
* Conducting product demonstrations and solution walkthroughs
* Understanding customer needs and commercial drivers
* Leading sales conversations through to close
* Coordinating handover to internal teams once deals are finalised
You will not be responsible for:
* lead generation,
* marketing campaigns,
* pricing approval, or
* contract execution.
Earning Potential
* Performance-based commission structure
* Strong performers should generate $1,000+ per day, with upside for larger deals
* Commission is paid on collected revenue
* No income cap for high performers
(This is a contractor opportunity — earnings are based on results, not hours worked.)
Who This Is For
This opportunity is suited to contractors who:
* Are confident closing deals in the $25k–$1m+ range
* Have experience running sales conversations independently
* Are commercially astute and comfortable qualifying decision-makers
* Prefer flexibility and performance-based earnings over fixed salaries
* Operate their own ABN and business setup
What You'll Need
* Proven sales or closing experience (B2B or high-value B2C)
* Strong communication and presentation skills, both in person and online
* Ability to work autonomously and manage your own schedule
* A professional, consultative approach to customer relationships
* Capacity to manage multiple opportunities concurrently
* Own vehicle and transport.
* Own computing requirements.
You must also have:
* A valid Australian driver's licence
* Your own reliable vehicle for customer meetings and site visits
* Your own laptop and computing equipment
* Stable internet and phone access
* Engagement is on an independent contractor basis; contractors operating through their own Pty Ltd company are preferred (ABN required).
Experience in green energy or related sectors is highly regarded, particularly in:
* Solar
* HVAC
* Hot water systems
* Battery storage
* Energy efficiency or sustainability technologies
