In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of 3 retail centers, ensuring efficiency and excellence. You will build and maintain strong client relationships, providing strategic recommendations to enhance asset performance and value.
Your expertise in budget management, cost control, and contributing to investment plans will be essential in maximising asset value.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage Retail assets with similar experience.
2. Develop strong time management skills, including the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise.
3. Utilise excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
4. Experience using computer-based building maintenance and management systems.
5. Possess excellent financial literacy and IT skills.
6. Build trusted relationships with all stakeholders.
