About Your Role
We are expanding our team and want to welcome an experienced and dynamic Occupational Therapist ready to make a meaningful impact and contribute to best practice. Bring your expertise, maturity, and strong organisational skills to thrive in this role.
Your Responsibilities
Manage a negotiated caseload and deliver timely, quality therapeutic services.
Assess participants’ emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical function through clinical observations and standardised assessments.
Interpret findings to create personalised treatment goals for each participant.
Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to enhance participants’ quality of life.
Mentor and nurture early career clinicians.
Maintain awareness of current legislation to ensure compliance.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Current general registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist
Excellent time management and organisational skills to effectively manage a varied caseload
A proactive attitude and a strong commitment to ongoing professional development
Experience in mentoring and supervising other Occupational Therapists
A genuine passion for making a positive impact in the disability sector
