Responsibilities
Produce all menu items efficiently and consistently
Lead shifts and support senior leadership team members
Contribute to positive team morale and support team members
Ensure the use of fresh, top-quality ingredients while balancing costs
Qualifications
Previous culinary experience in a full-service restaurant
Desire to develop and motivate others
Committed to continuous improvement
Energetic and positive attitude
Previous culinary leadership experience is a plus
