Neurodiverse Playhouse is a warm, inclusive, play-based allied health clinic supporting children and families across Brisbane. We celebrate neurodiversity and focus on strengths-based, child-led therapy delivered in beautiful, engaging environments.
Due to growth across our Spring Hill and Banyo clinics, we are seeking a passionate Speech Pathologist to join our supportive multidisciplinary team.
About the Role
You will:
* Deliver evidence-based, play-based speech and language therapy to paediatric clients
* Work with children presenting with autism, ADHD, developmental delays, sensory processing differences, and communication challenges
* Collaborate closely with families, educators, and our multidisciplinary team
* Complete clear documentation and progress reporting
* Contribute positively to a warm, collaborative clinic culture
Caseloads are thoughtfully structured to support quality therapy and clinician wellbeing.

About You
You are:
SPA registered (or eligible)
Passionate about paediatrics and neurodiversity-affirming practice
Warm, engaging, and child-focused
Confident working with families and building rapport
Organised with good communication skills
Open to learning and professional growth
New graduates and experienced clinicians welcome
Experience in autism, AAC, early language, or feeding is highly regarded but not essential.
