Key Responsibilities
* Installation & Wiring
: Install, connect, and wire electrical systems, equipment, and control panels following drawings and codes.
* Maintenance & Repair
: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on motors, pumps, conveyor systems, PLCs, and other production machinery.
* Troubleshooting
: Diagnose and repair complex electrical faults using testing equipment, working with systems from 24V to 600V.
* System Support
: Manage and program variable frequency drives (VFDs), servo drives, sensors, and automation controllers.
* Documentation
: Maintain accurate records of work, interpret technical manuals, and document maintenance activities.
* Safety Compliance
: Adhere to all industrial safety standards and regulations, ensuring a safe work environment.
* Collaboration
: Work with engineering, maintenance, and production teams to resolve issues and improve equipment reliability.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
* Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, automation, and motors.
* Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
* Proficiency with electrical tools and diagnostic devices
* Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
* Strong understanding of electrical safety practices.
Education/Training
:
* Current "A" Grade electrical license
