Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional, reliable, and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our maintenance services team on a part-time basis. As the first point of contact for clients, contractors, and technicians, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations and high-quality customer service. Experience using AroFlo or similar job management software and the Microsoft Suite is highly desirable.
This role is ideal for someone looking for part-time work during school hours or seeking a work-life balance, with consistent rostered hours from 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and assist visitors, clients, and contractors in a professional and friendly manner
* Answer and route incoming phone calls; respond to general enquiries
* Support the daily coordination of field technicians and monitor job progress
* Communicate with clients regarding job bookings, service updates, and follow-ups
* Perform general administrative duties including data entry, scanning, and filing
* Handle mail, email correspondence, and deliveries
* Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area

Requirements:
* High school certificate or equivalent
* Experience in a reception, customer service, or office support role (experience in maintenance, construction, or field service is highly desirable)
* Prior experience using AroFlo or similar systems (e.g., SimPRO, ServiceM8, Fergus) is highly desirable
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
* Ability to multitask and work independently as well as in a team in a fast-paced environment
* Friendly, approachable, and client focused attitude
* Must hold a valid Drivers Licence
