About the Role:
A rare & exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and driven Store Manager to lead the team in a high performing store at Highpoint Shopping Centre. You’ll be managing a close-knit team of 5–10in a dynamic, fast-paced store. You’ll be responsible for driving sales, developing talent, and delivering an elevated customer experience. With strong support from regional leadership and access to ongoing training, development programs, and exclusive team benefits, this is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a flagship location and play a key role in a growing, premium Australian retailer.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, coach and inspire a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve sales targets.
* Drive store performance through effective visual merchandising, stock management and operational excellence.
* Foster a positive and inclusive team culture focused on development, accountability and collaboration.
* Analyse sales data and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and retail standards.
* Champion innovation and change, supporting new initiatives and technologies that enhance the retail experience.

* Proven experience in retail management, ideally within a high-volume or premium store environment.
* Strong leadership skills with a passion for coaching, developing, and motivating teams.
