As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for leading customer onboarding, planning engaging community events, and building strong relationships with members.
Key responsibilities include managing meeting room bookings, setup, and AV equipment, overseeing mail handling and package management, maintaining kitchen facilities, and supporting operational functions aligned with business objectives.
Requirements include a candidate-centric mindset with exceptional service skills, a proactive, detail-oriented approach with strong organisational abilities, and excellent communication skills and relationship-building abilities.

* Experience managing supplier/vendor relationships
* Previous experience in a similar customer-facing role
