Professional mystery shopper - currambine area

Job Type: Contract position | Casual position

As a Professional Mystery Shopper, you will pretend to be a customer and report on your experience in various businesses such as retail, beauty services, cafes, fast food, pharmacies, and vet clinics. You will follow detailed instructions on what to observe, capture photos, and submit reports within deadlines.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written English.
• Keen observation skills and a sharp memory.
• Access to a computer (or laptop/tablet), email, and reliable internet.
• A smartphone for capturing photos as proof of visit.
• Ability to manage deadlines and communicate effectively when things change.
• Strong ability to follow instructions, then ask for help when necessary.

Payments are processed weekly into your nominated bank account. Assignments range from $20 to $50 for onsite visits and $15 to $30 for phone calls. If a purchase is required, you are reimbursed and may keep the item. The role is casual; you can apply for as many assignments each month that fit your schedule.
