Job Summary
We are seeking a director to lead our clinical resident care services team in an effort to enhance overall well-being and quality of life for residents. This key role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional care, effective management, and fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and direct the team, promoting collaboration, communication, and high standards of care.
* Develop and implement programs to improve resident satisfaction, engagement, and overall experience.
* Maintain compliance with state regulations and industry standards, adhering to best practices and guidelines.
Requirements
* Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) registered within the State preferred.
* CDP certification required prior to or upon hire within 90 days.
* Assisted Living / Memory Care experience highly desirable.
* Proven leadership experience with a focus on staff development and retention.
