The program ensures patients are receiving the appropriate care in a timely manner. 46% of the patients referred to this program are offered a holistic biopsychosocial physiotherapy assessment and active management plan. If necessary, patients are expedited to see the surgeons but most often are managed in the community.You will be working alongside Royal North Shore Hospital Spinal Pathway physiotherapists in our satellite clinic on the Central Coast.The aim of the program is to provide patients with back pain on the coast with care closer to home.For more information about this role, please view the Position Description.About YouYou have:Bachelors or postgraduate degree in Physiotherapy and registration as a Physiotherapist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulatory Agency with expertise in broad generalist and/or specialist knowledge within physiotherapy.Unencumbered driver's license and ability to travel across the District and to other external sites as required.Advanced clinical skills in lower back pain and an understanding of biopsychosocial assessments and active management plans.Applicants must have current work rights in Australia or be a permanent resident or citizen.
