Responsibilities
* Operate a Roller machine
* Undertake general labouring
* Undertake the laying of asphalt
* Take verbal instruction from supervisors
* Undertaking general maintenance on mobile plant including, lubricating, cleaning, refueling and other minor adjustments/repairs if required
* Moving of materials from site to site
About the successful candidate
* Minimum experience of 2 years' experience operating Roller plant machine
* Experienced working in road construction, bitumen or asphalt
* Understanding of WHS requirements and ability to interpret and follow Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS)
* Work within a team and communicate with others effectively.
* White Card/Blue Card
* Current drivers licence and own transport (HR Truck Licence highly advantageous)
* Be ok with flexible roster requirements
