Our Team:
The Controls and Customer Outcomes team resides within the Retail Bank, driving sustainable enhancements to business practices and processes that deliver better outcomes for our customers, shareholders, and the community. Key Responsibilities:
* Execute control testing activities in line with the automated controls assurance framework for RBS.
* Assist the RBS Line 1 Risk teams embed effective controls within the bank by providing robust feedback and recommending enhancements.
Data Quality and Assurance:
* Ensure data quality in various databases across the CCO and RBS BU/SU risk profiles and monthly management reporting.
* Support RBS in optimizing their assurance activities through continuous assurance monitoring, automated assurance, and tooling platforms.
Your Qualifications:
* Experience in Operational Risk Management and Compliance Frameworks, including Control design.
* Ability to analyse/identify risks and opportunities and recommend actions.
* Influencing and consulting skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Critical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to use data-driven insights to solve problems.
