AE Hoskins Building Services is seeking a highly organised and experienced Trade Resource Manager to join our team in Balcatta, Western Australia. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for leading a team of skilled tradespeople, ensuring the seamless delivery of building services across various sites & portfolios.

What you'll be doing
* Lead and guide a team of tradespeople, to deliver high quality trade works across the Perth metropolitan area.
* Manage the allocation of tradespeople to various portfolios based on skills, availability and project requirements.
* Liaise closely with project managers & administrators to understand resource needs and ensure timely deployment of the right personnel to support business goals.
* Monitor and report on workforce utilisation, identifying opportunities for improved efficiency and productivity.
* Monitor staff performance and guide feedback loops across teams, to ensure staff understand what good looks like and how they are performing on a day to day basis.
* Provide support, resources and guidance to tradespeople to ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards and job timelines.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of business systems and processes.
What we're looking for
* Prior experience (5+ years) in a trade resource management or similar role, preferably within the construction or building services industry.
* Strong understanding of a multi-disciplinary trade environment and the ability to identify the right resource, for different work types.
* Excellent organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage & influence tradespeople to achieve shared goals.
* A collaborative working style, committed to building positive relationships at all levels.
* Confidence dealing with difficult discussions & delivering feedback in a respectful manner.
* A team player with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
