Advanced Rigger | Maintenance West | Dynamic Roster
We currently have several vacancies for Advanced Riggers/Lifting Technicians to join a close‐knit, supportive and results‐driven team. You will be making valuable contributions toward the safe execution of lifting tasks while meeting the broader objectives of our operations and BHP.
About the Role
Roster: You will be employed on a Dynamic 182 roster flying from Perth. A Dynamic 182 roster is similar to a shutdown roster made up of 182 shifts per year; shifts will be dependent on demand but, because you are a permanent employee, you still receive a consistent fortnightly pay regardless of the amount of shifts worked. The roster is forecasted three months in advance so you can plan your life ahead of time.
* Inspect the work site and ensure all lifting tasks are performed safely and efficiently.
* Provide input with planning and scoping of work requests.
* Participate in regular meetings to coordinate resources and meet work schedules.
* Ensure safe execution of maintenance work as per the signed‐off schedule.
* Execute unplanned work and assist with rescheduling existing work orders as required.
* Use good housekeeping principles to keep lifting sites safe and functional.
About You
* Current High Risk Work License with: Rigger (RI or RA) (essential).
* Valid Construction White Card & Working at Heights (essential).
* Proactive, self‐driven & highly safety‐focused individual (essential).
