This newly created site-based role will involve delivering engaging high-quality training aligned to our Healthy Ageing Strategic Education Plan, providing on-site clinical support in areas of risk, leading continuous improvement initiatives, coaching and mentoring nursing staff, and supporting succession planning and professional growth.
