Sales Development Representative – TechnologyOne
We're looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our sales team.
In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying, generating, and qualifying new leads to build a strong pipeline for our Account Executives.
You'll play a critical part in creating early-stage opportunities, engaging prospective customers, and ensuring the sales team is set up for success.
Responsibilities
Prospect and qualify potential customers to build a strong lead pipeline for our TechnologyOne Direct and Regional sales teams.
Meet monthly and quarterly targets for call activity, lead generation, evaluations, and first meetings.
Engage leads with timely, creative follow-ups to grow interest over time.
Conduct research on target accounts to identify key contacts and insights before outreach.
Keep Salesforce records accurate and up to date, using it to plan and report on weekly activity.
Share competitive, market, and product insights with Marketing.
Leverage social media for research, alerts, and sharing relevant content with prospects.
Look for opportunities to enhance sales processes and improve efficiency.
Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and work health & safety requirements.
Qualifications
Experience in telesales and/or B2B sales.
Strong multitasking, prioritisation and time-management skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
Understanding of marketing techniques that support pipeline building.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
CRM experience (Salesforce) is an advantage.
A sense of humour and a passionate team player.
