About the role

As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality nursing services within a supportive health service environment, working with patients, families, and colleagues to deliver safe and compassionate care. This role offers the prospect to develop from a novice practitioner to a proficient professional, consolidating your knowledge and skills through hands-on experience and continuous learning.

You will be accountable for your own standards of care while supporting and guiding others through delegated activities. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to patient wellbeing, build confidence in your practice, and strengthen your professional capability. About You

You will be a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse who brings professional competence, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering safe, high-quality and patient-centred care. - Qualifications & Registration – Registered, or eligible for registration, with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and holds (or is eligible to hold) a current practising certificate.

- Clinical Expertise – Demonstrated competence in the relevant area of nursing practice, with knowledge of legislation, standards, ethics, and quality improvement systems in healthcare.

- Teamwork & Communication – Strong problem solving, negotiation and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and diplomatically in multidisciplinary teams.

- Adaptability & Patient Focus – Flexible, innovative, and consumer-focused, with a demonstrated commitment to providing family-centred care and willingness to maintain cannulation competency.
