Your next career opportunity As the Senior Program Manager for the Australian Stroke Alliance, you'll lead a transformative $55 million initiative to revolutionise pre-hospital stroke care across Australia. You'll oversee the development and implementation of innovative technologies and care models, focusing on rural, remote, and Indigenous communities. Working with a diverse network of over 40 national agencies, you'll drive projects that include 'stroke smart ambulances', national telestroke systems, and portable brain imaging technologies. Your responsibilities will include: Lead Complex Projects: Oversee the full project lifecycle of the Stroke Smart Ambulance initiative, from initiation to deployment and ongoing service delivery. Manage Stakeholder Relationships: Engage with critical partners including health services, ambulance services, and research institutions to ensure project success. Drive Team Performance: Lead a team of project managers and coordinate with state-based managers to meet strict timelines and deliverables. Ensure Program Compliance: Maintain project documentation, manage risks, and ensure adherence to funding agreements and strategic plans. You may be a great fit if: You are an experienced project manager with a background in health or science, possessing excellent stakeholder management skills and a passion for improving healthcare outcomes across diverse Australian communities. You may also: Hold tertiary qualifications in a health or science-related discipline with extensive project management experience.
