We are seeking a skilled Care Professional to lead our Service Team. In this role, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality care services to our clients.
Job Description
This is a dynamic and varied position that requires strong leadership and coordination skills. You will be responsible for:
* Planning and coordinating care services
* Supporting and mentoring Home Care Workers
* Working alongside healthcare professionals and families
* Ensuring services align with best practice and client needs
You will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with clients and their circles of care, making a real impact on their lives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or similar qualification
* At least 1 year of experience leading a care or support team
* Current driver's licence + insured car
* Current First Aid and CPR certification
* Knowledge of Home Care Packages
A National Police Check and Personal insolvency check are also required.
