THE ROLE
We are recruiting for the position of Technical Customer Service, based at our Head Office in Glendenning in Western Sydney. This is a full-time role, but we will consider part-time (25-30 hours per week). The position joins our existing Customer Service team reporting to the State Office Supervisor.
As part of your day-to-day you will:
* Enter customer sales orders.
* Assist with customer phone and email queries.
* Support our external sales team.
* Manage post sales warranties.
THE PERSON
* 2-3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably electrical wholesale.
* Ability to work independently in a high-volume environment.
* Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word.
* Electrical trade preferred but not essential.
