The Weld Club, located adjacent to Perth's Elizabeth Quay, is a prestigious private club offering two dining rooms, functions and accommodation.
This leading club is seeking a Full Time Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team on the Hot section. The successful candidate will be involved in aspects of the kitchen operation, including; preparing and cooking for A la Carte, breakfast lunch and dinner, buffet service and functions, menu creation and junior staff management.
Key requirements for the position include:
* Minimum of 3 years' experience as a qualified chef.
* Grill, Saucier and Hot section experience is an advantage.
* A passion for creating premium quality food.
* Function and A la carte experience is an advantage.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Positive Attitude & Innovative.
* Proven longevity in previous positions
