The Role
In preparation for the opening of The French Exit we are looking for an experienced Pastry Chef to join the opening team. This role will see you producing our dessert offering and upholding our standard of quality, producing high-quality desserts that complement the venue’s menu. You will collaborate with the senior kitchen team to deliver consistent, creative dishes and contribute to the standards of excellence that define Anyday venues.
- Previous experience in a similar role within quality-driven restaurants or bakeries
- Strong technical skills across pastry and dessert preparation
- Ability to maintain consistency, creativity, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Sound knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and organisational practices
- Positive, team-oriented approach and willingness to support across sections when required
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster including nights, weekends, and public holidays
