About BDO
We're BDO, a global professional services firm connected to local markets. Our people work together to provide specialist expertise, helping businesses achieve their goals.
We inspire others, to go further. We create together, to reach higher. We build trust, to lead purposefully.
Whether you're building your future or starting your career with us, you won't do it alone. From creating solutions for our clients to building careers for our people, we shape what matters, and that's where you come in.
About the Role
Join our Undergraduate Program as an Undergraduate Auditor within our Audit team, starting July 2026 or January 2027!
As an Undergraduate Auditor, you'll join a large team of experienced audit specialists and technical experts. You'll work in the office and field, visiting client sites across various industries – non‐profit, tourism, retail, hospitality, real estate, construction, transport & logistics and government – just to name a few!
Each audit is an exciting opportunity to learn and understand the ins and outs of how a business operates, looking at both the big picture and detail to deliver quality audits, and adding real value to clients. Using BDO's international audit methodology, you will review financial statements, prepare, and maintain working papers, identify risks and opportunities to improve internal controls, whilst building client relationships as a trusted advisor!
What you'll get
* A permanent part‐time or full‐time role within your appointed service line/team
* Flexible work and study support including paid study/exam leave, textbook allowances, and reimbursement of your admin fees for each semester/trimester (subject to the number of days you work and location)
* Support and guidance from your buddy and manager
* Service line specific learning and development, aligned to clear career pathways
* Social activities with your early careers' cohort, and the wider firm
* Benefits including healthy snacks and dress for your day
