We’re on the lookout for a Rostering Coordinator who brings empathy, accuracy, and great communication to the table. In this role, you’ll be the person making sure clients receive the care they need — when and where they need it — by coordinating in-home and community services with care and precision. This is a role where your work truly matters. What you’ll be doing: Scheduling care services for clients, making sure the right person is in the right place at the right time Keeping everything up to date in our client management system Working closely with families, support workers, and internal teams to make appointments happen Managing last-minute changes and cancellations with empathy and speed Ensuring accurate records and service notes are kept Keeping an eye on service quality and making sure we meet compliance standards Spotting ways to make rostering smoother and sharing your ideas Lending a hand with general admin to support the broader care team What we’re looking for: Adelaide-based (essential) Strong experience in rostering, scheduling or coordination – bonus if it’s in aged care or community services A clear communicator who stays calm under pressure Someone who’s organised, can think on their feet, and adapts easily to change Tech confident and quick to learn new tools A warm, empathetic attitude — someone who genuinely cares about people A team player who also gets things done on their own Bonus points if you have: Experience in aged care, healthcare, or community services Knowledge of Home Care Packages (HCP) – not essential, we’ll teach you A current Police Check (or you're happy to get one) A driver’s licence Full Australian working rights (must-have) Why join?
