Senior Advisor Role
This position plays a pivotal role in supporting the implementation of strategic business partnerships with Indigenous and small to medium-sized enterprises.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and oversee the design, execution, and review of frameworks for engaging subcontractors and suppliers.
* Provide expert advice on culturally sensitive sourcing strategies, tender readiness, and supplier participation planning to project and procurement teams.
* Manage supplier participation data, performance metrics, and reporting dashboards to drive informed decision-making.
* Coordinate programs that enhance the commercial and technical capacity of First Nations and small to medium business suppliers.
* Support the development of procurement tools, templates, and supplier relationship frameworks.
* Represent the organization at regional and industry forums to promote inclusive procurement practices, foster partnerships, and advocate for supply chain opportunities for underrepresented businesses.
Mandatory Qualifications and Conditions:
