A charity-led rehabilitation service in Ipswich is looking for a Registered Home Manager who can stabilise and motivate the workforce, address performance and cultural challenges, and promote a culture of ownership, transparency, and continuous learning.
About the Role
This role is ideal for an experienced Registered Home Manager with a track record in achieving and sustaining Good CQC outcomes. You will lead a focused turnaround plan, ensure full compliance with CQC standards and safeguarding policies, and embed training and development aligned with best practice in neurorehabilitation.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification
* A strong background in CQC, turnaround, and service improvement roles
* Demonstrable success in achieving and sustaining Good CQC outcomes
