Administrative Officer
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team. This role involves taking ownership of all administrative activities, including invoicing, reporting and supporting the business.
About the Role
This is a high-growth opportunity with flexible working options available. As an Administrative Officer, you will be responsible for:
* Managing employee payments using Kronos software
* Coordinating purchase orders and credit notes
* Verifying and finalizing work orders
* Generating and creating reports
* Providing administrative support
You will be working closely with our Administration Supervisor and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you will have:
* Proven experience as an office administrator
* Experience in Coupa, JDE or Kronos software would be advantageous
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Intermediate to advanced Excel skills)
* Outstanding communications and interpersonal abilities
* Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
* High attention to detail
* Teamwork - ability to work across multiple departments and build relationships
* Quick learner and ability to learn and retain information
