Play a key role in delivering essential housing across South East Regional Victoria, including Gippsland.Harnest, part of the Mazzei Group, is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of social and supported housing projects. This is a hands‐on role for someone who enjoys being on site, leading teams, and taking pride in delivering high‐quality homes that genuinely improve lives.
What You'll Do
* Lead the day‐to‐day site delivery of social and affordable housing projects
* Manage construction in line with program, budget, and safety requirements
* Ensure full compliance with OH&S, BCA, and relevant Australian Standards
* Coordinate trades, site teams, and construction schedules
* Maintain high standards across site safety, cleanliness, inductions, and inspections
* Liaise closely with Project Managers, consultants, and suppliers
* Communicate directly with clients to support a smooth and successful handover
What You'll Bring
* 3+ years' experience delivering residential or domestic construction projects
* Strong leadership capability with proven stakeholder coordination skills
* Solid working knowledge of the BCA, Australian Standards, and OH&S frameworks
* Cert IV in Construction Management or a relevant trade background
* White Card, current driver's licence, and First Aid & CPR certification
* Confidence using Microsoft Project and managing site documentation
