In this capacity, you will:
* Implement evidence-based case management strategies for optimal Recovery at Work outcomes.
* Provide expert advice and Case Management services involving early intervention, workplace assessment, occupational rehabilitation, and recovery at work programs for complex or significant cases.
Key stakeholders will be effectively engaged to implement strategies and achieve collaborative goals to drive positive health outcomes while minimising costs and premiums.
About You
Hold Recovery at Work Coordinator Accreditation as per SIRA requirements alongside sound knowledge and experience of NSW Workers Compensation legislation.
An accredited Allied Health Professional (desired) with a background in Occupational Rehabilitation or Psychology would be highly regarded. You thrive in dynamic environments, displaying resilience and accountability. Effective communication skills and stakeholder engagement are essential for partnering with internal and external partners to achieve best outcomes.
