About the Role
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead and manage AI projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of solutions. This role requires a strong technical background in data engineering, feature engineering, and model development using advanced statistical and machine learning techniques.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage AI projects, overseeing technical development, model deployment, and AI system integration.
* Act as the primary client contact for projects, ensuring alignment with business needs.
* Manage and mentor AI professionals within project teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
* Contribute to the development of cutting-edge AI methodologies and ensure adherence to industry best practices.
Requirements
* At least 6 years' experience in data engineering, feature engineering, and/or model development using advanced statistical and machine learning techniques.
* Experience leading and developing technical teams.
* Demonstrated ability to deliver complex Data and AI projects.
* Experience working with one or more AI, ML, or other advanced analytics frameworks (such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, OpenCV, spaCy).
* Demonstrable experience of one or more relevant programming languages (e.g., Python, R, Julia).
