About the Opportunity:
We seek a dedicated professional to provide high-quality customer service and support community use of library resources.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver excellent customer experience at library branches, outreach locations, and community events.
* Assist patrons in utilizing library resources, equipment, technology, and online services.
* Maintain customer service areas, including shelving returned items, tidying shelves, and updating noticeboards.
To succeed in this role, you'll need relevant qualifications, public library experience, strong accountability, proactivity, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
