Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and supporting nursing staff, providing mentorship and professional development opportunities, fostering a positive work environment, and collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans.
Key qualifications include current AHPRA registration, clinical experience in aged care working in a residential setting, leadership skills, and the ability to train and mentor staff. The ideal candidate should also possess knowledge of AN-ACC and audits.
Responsibilities will include coordinating and overseeing audits, clinical indicators, and ensuring best practice in patient care. The successful candidate will participate in strategic planning and development for the clinical area, maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation, and contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment.
