Office Administrator & Warehouse Coordinator
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Administrator & Warehouse Coordinator. This hybrid role involves a combination of administrative support and hands-on coordination of warehouse and logistics activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operations & Administrative Support:
* Assist in daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and filing.
* Assist the Operations Manager with administrative tasks.
* Support the management team with reporting, data entry, and record-keeping.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all administrative processes.
Warehouse & Logistics Coordination:
* Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, including inventory management.
* Liaise with transport providers to ensure timely deliveries.
* Monitor stock levels and prepare inventory reports.
* Assist in warehouse operations to ensure proper storage, handling, and safety of materials.
* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency.
Requirements:
* Proficiency in both written and spoken English is essential.
* A minimum of two years of relevant work experience is required.
* Previous logistics and forklift operating experience is an advantage.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
* A team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
