This role will lead a significant program of organisational development, realignment and communication to support the ITS branch and the broader department through this transition. As Senior Program Director, Digital Enablement Program, you will lead a program of work within Information Technology Services (ITS) focused on delivering key elements of the department's ICT strategy. You will oversee the replacement of legacy systems and support the shift towards core and common platforms across the department. This will require managing organisational development, realignment and communication initiatives to ensure the ITS team and broader department are equipped to operate within a new digital service model. Key Accountabilities Strategically direct and deliver the Digital Enablement Program to ensure effective design, scope and implementation aligned to program goals Drive alignment, service design and business improvement initiatives Provide expert advice on IT solutions that support optimal service delivery, including interdependencies with other digital programs Drive cultural and operational change to meet performance and customer experience standards Ensure sound program management including financial control, risk mitigation, business continuity and delivery assurance Lead procurement activities and offer clear, independent advice throughout procurement processes Build collaborative relationships across internal and external stakeholders, including judiciary and non-judiciary groups Provide operational leadership to internal staff and contractors, ensuring knowledge transfer and team cohesion. You bring strong governance, risk and financial management capabilities and can influence change across complex stakeholder environments.
