* You are able to positively motivate and lead staff, displaying openness and resilience in responding to change in strategic direction and vision.
* You have a demonstrated ability to translate external partner needs into viable research initiatives with measurable impact and outcomes.
* You are a proven leader with the ability to lead high-performing teams, manage budget and financial operations to ensure sustainability, and implement innovative research strategies that drive organisational growth.
