**About the Role**
The Performance Management Analyst is a role within the Group's Performance management team and responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate reporting of the the Groups cash earnings to various senior stakeholders, the efficient and accurate compilation of accurate and timely forecasts and budgets.
The role will primarily focus on the monthly and annual reporting of cash earnings both internally and externally, and the associated forecast and annual budget compilation.
You will be working closely with the business partners across group to ensure accurate and timely reporting and value add insights are provided to CFO, CEO, EXCO and the Board and external year end and half year end reporting.
Some of the key responsibilities in the role include:
- Assist the Manager of Performance in the production of the monthly Finance Executive Report including maintaining the underlying workbook
- Review the Group's monthly P&L and balance sheet for accuracy and completeness and challenge the business in relation to month-end adjustments ensuring General Ledger integrity is maintained
- Assistance with the Group's Half Year and Full Year Management Discussion and Analysisreporting (MD&A) and managing the time table
- Assist the Manager of Performance in the coordination and production of Group presentations for forecasts and the budget
- Manage uploads and transfers within TM1 over month end, for forecasts and budget
- Assist with ad hoc analysis
- Ensure process documentation is accurately maintained
- Help drive the wider finance team's pursuit of process excellence by improving the end-to-endprocess, standardisation and documentation for areas of responsibility.
**About you**
Some of the key skills and experience we are looking for will include:
Experience
- Accounting experience ideally within a Banking and Finance industry
- Performance Management / FP&A experience would be avantageous

- Ability to work directly with other Financial Accounting staff
- Consistent ability to meet deadlines with limited supervision from management.
- Understanding of Banking and Finance industry
