Discover more via our website Your next career opportunity As a Safer Community Program Advisor, you'll play a vital role in supporting students and staff affected by concerning behaviours. You'll provide evidence-based interventions, manage cases, and contribute to creating a safer university environment. This role offers you the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives while developing your skills in a supportive, professional setting. Your responsibilities will include: Triage and Manage Cases: Screen enquiries, provide evidence-based interventions, and manage cases for students and staff. Coordinate Support and Outreach: Assist students with welfare concerns and escalate complex matters when necessary. Deliver Information Sessions: Prepare and present to various university groups on safety and support topics. Maintain Confidential Records: Keep accurate documentation in the online case management system. You may be a great fit if: You are a compassionate professional with qualifications in psychology, social work, or a related field, possessing strong case management skills and a deep commitment to supporting diverse individuals in challenging situations. You may also have: Have relevant qualifications in psychology, social work, or community services. Possess experience in case management and working with diverse service users. Demonstrate understanding of relevant legislation and policy frameworks. Have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
