This is a maternity relief position and should the permanent incumbent require an early return from maternity leave, this contract of employment will cease with two weeks notice. Maternity relief positions can be for a period of up to 12 months, with the possibility of continued employment for up to a further 12 months for maternity leave reduced hours, therefore there are no claims to permanency.

About The Opportunity
The Recruitment Officer role is based at Gosford Hospital, working Monday to Friday. In this role, you will play a vital role in coordinating end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring compliance with NSW Health legislation and policies, while providing expert guidance to hiring managers.

About You

* You have experience in recruitment or administration in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
* You are a clear communicator with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
* You are highly organised, able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently.
* You can confidently interpret and apply policies, procedures, and legislation.
* You have strong attention to detail and proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
