Medium-high rise project experience is A MUST for this opportunity! Ideal traits the successful candidate will have: 7 - 10 years of experience in the role. Residential tower experience is a MUST! Your Requirements: Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management & Economics, Quantity Surveying or equivalent are preferred Excellent communication & relationship building skills with various stakeholders (clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors etc.) Local experience and relationships with consultants and subcontractors Ideally 7 - 10 years in a similar role and industry experience running your own projects between $50m - $250m Your Rewards: Attractive salary package $180K - $210K super dependant on experience.
