About the Role
Are you a creative and results‐driven marketing leader ready to make an impact? The Brown and Hurley Group is seeking a Group Marketing Manager to lead our marketing function, drive business growth, and strengthen our brand in the truck, agricultural and commercial vehicle industry.
Based at our Head Office in Yatala this is a unique opportunity to oversee all marketing activities across all our company divisions, manage a high‐performing team, and execute campaigns across digital, print, events, and promotions. You'll play a key role in shaping the customer experience and maintaining our position as a market leader.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute strategic marketing plans that support business objectives and revenue targets
* Plan and implement campaigns for sales, service, parts, and special events
* Lead and manage the digital marketing team, overseeing channels such as the company website, social media platforms, email marketing and online advertising.
* Develop, review and guide the creation of content for both digital and traditional marketing materials
* Plan and manage dealership events, promotions, charitable initiatives, and sponsorships
* Manage, mentor, and develop a marketing team to achieve high performance
* Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, manufacturers, suppliers, and media partners
* Monitor and report on campaign performance, ROI, and customer engagement
* Ensure brand consistency and accuracy across all touchpoints and communications
What We're Looking For
* Proven marketing experience, ideally in automotive, commercial vehicles, or transport industries
* Demonstrated success managing a marketing team and delivering measurable business results
* Experience in digital and traditional marketing, events, promotions, and stakeholder management
* Strong strategic, analytical, and project management skills
* Exceptional communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
* Ability to work in a fast‐paced, results‐focused environment
